We are just over two weeks away from the Water Distribution Operator Exam here in California. Are you ready? There is still time to get in that last flurry of studying, but don’t put it off any longer. As is usual for us, the last few weeks prior to the certification exams are pretty busy with lots of live review courses around southern California. But if you can’t catch any of our live courses, you can still get in some class time from the comfort of your own home. Just take a few of our online courses here at MOST!
For the Distribution Operator exam, the best courses we have that are currently available are our Water Math courses. If you’re taking a D1 or D2 exam, limit yourself to WM-1 through WM-4. If you’re taking a higher grade, all our water math courses are relevant, with the exception of WM-9, which is really a treatment-only topic.
As to the non-math topics, WQ-4 and WQ-5 will provide you with the information you need for most of the water quality questions you’ll find on the certification exam.
Our sample exam should be ready in the next few days. Sorry for the delay, but we’re still revising it to reflect the changes being made by the State for this next exam. Remember, if you want a free sample exam, you need to “Subscribe to Updates” here at MOST. And for those of you who already requested an exam, it’s coming! We should meet our goal of e-mailing them out on September 1 — which is this Saturday, and two weeks before the distribution operator exam.
If you can think of anything else we can help you with, be sure to “Contact” us here at MOST.
And one last note: don’t forget that the deadline to apply for the November 17 Treatment Operator exam is this Saturday. You can find the application at:
