We are scheduled to teach a 36-hour Intermediate Water Distribution Operator course for the California-Nevada Section of the American Water Works Association next week. This course is intended for folks who need a second course in water distribution so that they can elevate their certification. As such, our target audience is the person looking to take the D3 or D4 exam next March 16.
The course will be held from 7:30 a.m. until 4:15 p.m. (with a one-hour lunch break) every day next week, December 10 – 14. It will be held at the Section offices at 10574 Acacia Street, Suite D6, in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. You can contact them at 909-481-7200, or visit their web site at:
The reason this course is being held just before the Christmas holiday is that courses that qualify for the March 16 exam need to be completed before January 1. If you are looking to take the March 16 exam, you had best get your application package from the California Department of Public Health right away! Go way to the bottom of the page at:
And if you ever have any questions about certification and training to qualify for — or to renew — your Water System Operator certification, please just Contact MOST. We’ll be happy to help!
