Seems that Governor Brown has a plan to rectify one of his major failings as California’s governor during his first tenure some thirty years ago. We applaud the Governor for his leadership on this issue, and we wish him the very best in this task. The future of our State depends on it!

There were actually a couple of blogs prior to this one on the issue, so we’re rather proud of our “crystal ball.” In truth, though, “Necessity is the Mother of Invention,” and there are few things more necessary in California than the Peripheral Canal — or whatever it is being called these days. We consider this to be the MOST important issue in California water, and we congratulate the Governor for his action.
